We had a great Father's day yesterdy with the family. Our day started out with Aaron and I both giving Talks in church. It was not so bad..Aaron's father came to our ward. I was so nervous to speak but after it was done all went well. Aaron gave a great talk and the spirit was so strong. I had so many thoughts of my father and miss him so much. We had a Dutch Oven cook out in the canyon after church. It was so nice to see all the cousins, aunts and uncles,and family that came to make it a great day. We don not all get together that much..so it was alot of fun seeing them. Jadon was so tired when he got home...He slept all night and took a long nap this morning. We have had a great summer so far. The kids are enjoying themselves, except for the chores.....They hate that. Our next big event is when my mom and Fred come to visit. I love it when they come see me. I will update later when there is more to share. Life is great.....

We suprised our kids and went to Las Vegas on the last day of school. They thought we were taking them to lunch and away we went. Kerstin was making plans with all her friends, Jordan was plannning night games with his friends, and Kassidy was just happy going to lunch. I was so excited to break them the news. It was half an hour before things started to get hard to stay quiet. Kerstin was freaking out and wanted to make sure we woud be home at a certain time. Aaron and I just were laughing and making the kids more irritated. So, Aaron said we would give them a clue. He started playing the Lion King Soundtrack. We had tickets to the show in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay. They were so funny...Disneyland was the first guess, of course. We finally broke the news and suddenly they were so excited. We had a great time and loved swimming, sightseeing, and going to the show. Jadon was so good there..He is such a great baby. It was a fun short, little trip and fun time for us all. The weather was awesome....What a blast.....Now for the rest of the summer........Bear LAke in August is next....and of course my mom coming to visit in July....

School is Out...

Two more days until summer break!!!!This is a Pic of Aaron,Grandpa, Jadon, and Kassidy at her end of year program. She was so cute and did such a great job. Jordan has his program tomorrow and then we are through this busy week. Kassidy will go into 3rd grade, Jordan into 5th, and Kerstin into 9th grade. The time goes by so fast. Jadon is 4 1/2 months old already. What a great joy he is in my life. Aaron and I cannot imagine life without him. I love the summer and cannot wait to spend some fun times with my babies. All is well with us and I will update as the summer progressess..

I decided to keep up on my blogging and less facebooking. There is not that much happening in our lives lately. We are anticipating summer just as everyone else. The kids are so ready for school to be out. Aaron is doing great in his work and we are very thankful.
I am getting used to new baby motherhood again and loving this opportunity to have another baby. He is so much fun and I love him so much. His smile melts my heart and I feel so much joy with him. Kerstin is getting so big and mature. She has been in dance competitions this whole last month. I am so proud of her and all the work she has put into her passion for dance. I was a proud mommy watching her dance her solo. She was amazing and has come in first or second in all her competitions. Jordan is growing up so fast and is my little lover. He shot his first turkey this year. It was such an exciting time with his dad. I was so proud of him and he had such a great time hunting with his grandpa and Aaron. Kassidy is full of energy and loves having a baby brother. She bounces through the house singing all the time. She will start gymnastics again in the fall. I am finished with classes for the summer..what a relief. It will be nice to relax this summer with my kids. So, this is life for us so far this year...I will be better at posting..
